"I have to share my experience with this State Farm office. This is the second office I have worked with since I’ve had my State Farm insurance and I wanted to move again because I like someone local. However, even though they are in Chandler and I am in Casa Grande, I am so happy I stayed loyal to them. The reason being is that every time I have a life change with one of my cars or home they are always so quick an and detailed in everything they do for me. I have worked with Gage Jordan Coby and more recently Berenice. I appreciate them always respecting and tending to my requests and not wavering especially more recently when someone else was asking them to make changes and they weren’t going to unless I approved it. I trust them and I appreciate all the attention they give to make sure I have everything I need ! Thanks so much to the team and the excellent service they provide ! You have a happy client for life !! Also, Adam great option with Berenice ! She is amazing and I’m so glad she has been part of this excellent team you have 😍😀😃"

"Jake WHO? Jordan is who they need to get for the commercials. He went the extra mile for me with my home owners policy, making sure we closed on time! Adam, can we please get this guy a raise or a weekend at the casino? He's earned it for sure. Great customer service is why I'll keep coming back. "I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, professionalism, and communication from State Farm & Adam Gettys. We transferred our policy in March 2024 from WA State when we relocated. After receiving a policy cancellation notice, I immediately reached out for clarification. Despite multiple calls, I never received a direct response from my agent, and the office staff continuously gave me conflicting information regarding my policy status. Not only was I left in the dark about whether I was still covered, but I also received no advance notice or opportunity to dispute the cancellation before the deadline passed. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a long-term client. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, but dealing with this agency has been nothing but frustrating. If you value clear communication and reliable service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere."

"Janelle I do understand the frustration with the cancellation notice, however those decisions are made by our corporate underwriting team and not by us here at the local office. Unfortunately, when there are multiple claims or accidents in a short amount of time it can result in a policy nonrenewal— which is what you are seeing. The letter you received and my staff have both advised you of that. I do wish that we could do more to help but again that decision is not made by me or my office. We appreciate your business and hope we can help you again in the future. "

"Needed a policy before heading out to a trip for a friend and ran short out of time to get it. We called 5 other agencies and no one was available to get it done - it was after 5pm and called Adam Gettys agency. Haden was there still in the office and made an effort to get us all squared away when the rest of the insurance companies gave a 5-10 day time frame. A++ agency. Thank you Haden & Adam!!!"

"Absolutely awful experience with this agents office. I've been overcharged for my auto policy for 5 months, which Adam Gettys office knows about. Adam Getty's office has not been able to fix my billing issue and I continue to get overcharged every month. Folks at this office tell me over and over that their hands are tied and nothing more can be done to rectify the situation."
